I directed, filmed, and edited a motivational workout video featuring Bawe Alfred, a certified personal trainer, MMA athlete, and OCR competitor based in Dubai. With no script, I guided him through the shoot, ensuring a natural and dynamic performance on camera.

I scouted multiple locations to find a dark, unoccupied space that fit the video's aesthetic. Production was completed in a day, with post-production taking 2–3 days. I shot using a Canon EOS R with a 35mm lens on a Zhiyun Weebill S gimbal and edited in Premiere Pro. Additionally, I created a one-minute teaser for his social media promotion. The final result effectively captures intensity and motivation.
